Clumps of hair

One of the things that I really love owning is a Carpet Steam Cleaner. Of course I don't own it, my father does but nonetheless it is one of the best cleaning devices in the house hands down. For me personally I not only love a clean room and bathroom but I also love a nice freshly cleaned carpet. For some reason the feeling of the carpet, mixed with the clean smell makes me feel more at home. I think its just because I know what comes out of that carpet. When you steam clean you see all the black water, the hair, and gunk that has built up over time. As someone who not only lives in a fairly decent sized home but also someone who lives with two cats I can say that steam cleaning the carpet every once in a while is a very important part of cleaning up the house.

What really gets to me is all the black hair that comes out of the carpet. Midnight sheds more then Spice does so when we do the carpets giant things of black hair comes out and litter the floor. Of course once the floor is nice and dry you then run a vacuum cleaner over the carpet to not only get the hair but also any leftover soap or debris that you didn't get the first time.

Personally I try and steam clean the carpet once every three months. If I feel like its not so bad I will do it once every six months but I can say that it is so rewarding to have a nice freshly done carpet. Of course I know that carpet steam cleaners are expensive but if you do have one and you don't use it as often, I can say that you are missing out. It really does help and it doesnt take that much time to do. Maybe twenty to thirty minutes tops.

But if you don't own one then that's totally ok. They are expensive after all but if you do have carpet and can someday have one, then I do recommend getting it. IT really is quite amazing to have.
