The Skydive Video

So this video was edited by the Wanaka Skydive place. I couldn’t get it to upload into my editor so I couldn’t really add anything to the video itself. I will do a video where I talk about the whole experience, what I went through to do it and how it felt. I will say that it was absolutely amazing and I am so happy that I did it. Skydiving has always been something that I have talked about and wanted to do at least once and I can say that when I did the dive I felt no fear. I felt absolute bliss. I knew that if Will Smith could do it, then I could do it to. There were a few moments (and you can see them in the video) where I am rolling my eyes around, or I’m yawning, or just looking around a lot. The reason being is that there were a few times where I was disoriented, where I had air coming through the bottom of my goggles, or I was plain screaming. At the end of the dive itself, where we gliding around I was really disoriented and it was due to my ears being clogged.

I am so glad I did the video and the photos. I am so glad that I have this to look back on. I want to do it again and see what the difference would be for me. If I would see more, if I would pay more attention to the details, if I would be able to clear out the disorientation. I loved it, it was amazing and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
