Mental thoughts

While I was in Colorado I stayed with my friend who in another article I called Stan. So I am going to call him that name in this article as well. If you would like to read the last one, then click here

So while I was staying with Stan him and I had this conversation. I am pretty sure it was a drunk conversation except it was him that was drunk and I was high as ****. I’m telling you there was this moment when he started having a breakdown. Well I think it was a breakdown. Honestly it was hard to tell what was happening most of the time and I was trying my best to help him out. So of course we get into this conversation about life and the choices we made to get us to where we are. He takes a moment and explains to me how he was upset about his choices and because of that he wished he never made them in the first place.

From there it goes downhill quickly. He starts talking about how hard it was and how hard it still is. He gets into this mantra and tells me to eventually forget the conversation. Here’s the thing though, I know what those thoughts are like. I have had them on many occasions and I felt like I had to say something. Give him something to sit on. So I took my shot and started talking to him about my personal experience with my thoughts and what it’s like for me sometimes.

I have a huge imagination and I think very vividly. Everything is a detailed story and for me. It causes me to become too realistic with what I imagine. It sucks and honestly it hurts sometimes to have that kind of imagination. It can suck you down into deep holes that you thought never existed.

On the flip side though, my imagination also is what creates my artwork, my photography and my traveling. Its part of who I am and I have to deal with the downsides. So if you are having a hard time and may be thinking about ending your life or get sucked into thoughts that really are messing with your head, please reach out to someone, a friend, your parents, your spouse, anybody because I can promise that it makes it easier to talk about it and to get what you hold inside out.

For those who need someone to talk to please call  1-800-273-8255.

I hope you guys have a wonderful day and just remember that you will have your good days and your bard days but overall, just enjoy the moments and reach out if you are in need of an ear.
