Happy one year!

Oh lord, where has the time gone!

I'm so sorry for not posting. We are getting ready to move after celebrating our one year anniversary which was so fun but packed with activities. For our one year anniversary, we split it all into three days. Friday we went out to eat after we climbed with our friends and we got stuffed. I would say even a little too stuffed for my taste but that's ok. Saturday we slept in a little bit but once we got moving we had a full day. First, we went to a recycled arts and crafts store and made some art pieces. Next, we went to brunch at the first watch and had some amazing food that made my stomach want to burst. Once we were done eating brunch we bought a bottle of wine at Publix and came home to change into our swimsuits for the beach where we laid in the sun for an hour and a half and just turned everything off.

After being nice and toasted I got surprised and was taken to a paint and sip couples night! Its where a couple brings a bottle of wine and we paint a scene onto a canvas with a partner. It was stressful at first but once we got rolling it was amazing. I think it was mainly because our bottle of wine was a 13%er and it hit pretty hard. I also chose it because it was from New Zealand so I knew I was in for a doozy.

After our full Saturday, we got up on Sunday and went to Ecofina Springs. I learned that my boyfriend does not do cold water but will do cold weather. It was actually quite amusing and I enjoyed seeing him squirm so much. After we froze in the beautiful water we went ahead and paddled down the rest of the spring and enjoyed the nature we were surrounded by. It took us almost two hours to paddle the entire thing and it was quite the workout.

Of course that night we had some delicious homemade dessert and enjoyed Zombieland 2. By the way, the movie is actually really good for a sequel.

And that's it. Our weekend was packed but so fun and I'm glad we got to go out and do things instead of staying home and be bored because of the virus. I'm sure we would have done something outside no matter what the circumstances were but I was happy to be able to move freely and without being stopped because of the virus itself.

But now that we are all done with celebrating and craziness we can move forward and continue to make videos and get ready for my next big adventure! Stay tuned for part 2 of Colombia!
