Two weeks and counting

It’s been about two weeks since I started my new workout program. I think it is going pretty well and I’m really impressed that I am actually doing it and keeping up with it. Every day I rotate my exercises so that I can target all of my muscles. I want to tone them and get my body to a place where I feel at my most confident. I still run on a regular basis, I just now have other exercises that I can do in about ten minutes. My rotation consists of arms, legs, yoga, and running. Those four get rotated and I decide that day what I am feeling. Some days I feel more arms then my legs since I technically do have two exercises that give the legs a good workout.

In this amount of time I can say that I do feel like the exercises are working. I see a little bit of difference in my biceps and I feel a little bit stronger than before. I do need to lose a few pounds and that has been a challenge for me. I’m in a between stage where I want to lose the weight but I can’t seem to get it to go down enough to where I am satisfied. I just have to keep trying. It’s a few pounds and I know that it will happen.

As for everything else with this program I am really happy that I have been able to do it successfully and I am happy with the results I have seen. Two weeks doesn’t seem very long but I can say that it has been a journey to get here. Sometimes just starting with one day at a time and slowly building up is more successful then setting a goal that is too big to complete.
