Sore body but clear mind

Working out as much as I am, I am not the least surprised when I woke up this morning and felt all my muscles hurting. These past few weeks I've been going to the gym, running and climbing .Each exercise works a different part of the body and for that I am greatful. Of course my body is screaming at me because of all t hose workouts but if I get to stay fit and experience new challenges I definitely think it's worth every bit of the exercise.

For me I've always wanted to be fit and be able to do all different kinds of things .As a kid I was the chubby one and I always hated doing outdoor activities or even any kind of exercise. The only thing I enjoyed was soccer and even then it was only for three months out of year .everything else was unnecessary and I never felt the need to do anything more then that.

As an adult I now strive to do new things and to try out new exercises. Being fit is part of my lifestyle and I am so happy to be on my own fitness journey. It not only helps with my mental state but also my physical state .three years of working hard and making improvements to who I am has really paid off and I couldn't be more proud. Especially since most people my age hate going out and doing anything physical or anything that requires working hard. Most people just wanna be a couch potato and eat the potatoes chips while watching stranger things.

Personally I like being able to move around, I feel good in my body, and to give myself self love .it's so rewarding and even though I have those days where I hate exercising I do also have those days where I love every second of it .

Do you enjoy working out? If so what's your favorite way to exercise?
