Over two Hundred games

In less than two months I will be up in Ann Arbor Michigan to go back to one of my favorite spots. It’s a pinball Museum that has a little over two hundred pinball machines that are refurbished and ready to rock and roll. You pay for the tickets in advance (they are only open for three days out of the year) and once you do that all you have to do is show up,  show them that you paid and you get to go inside this amazing world of pinball. It’s nice and dark inside so you get the full experience of being a pinball fanatic.

Of course if you aren’t a fan of pinball or didn’t grow up with them then you might not understand what I mean. To really be into the pinball world you really need it to be nice and dark to become full immersed. The lights, sounds, and show that the game puts on are so much better when you get to see it at its best. Which is with the lights off. During the day you can play pinball machines but in my personal opinion it doesn’t hold the same feel. Yea you get to play the game without getting flashed by a billion LED lights but honestly it’s one of the best parts of playing the game.

I am so ready to see this wonderful place again. I’m ready to get dragged into a world of pinball for three straight days. I get to play games I have never seen before. I get to be dragged into a world that I love. Really it’s a world that I am ready to dive back into and learn from. I grew up with the four that we own and of course we have a fifth one now that I am still working on (it’s a really difficult game and it really gets you angry because of how difficult the board is) and in due time I will learn everything in and out about it like I do the other four.

I can't wait to share the experience with you guys. I am going to record all three days and really bring you into the world of Pinball. It’s truly an experience to behold.
