Ouch

I awoke this morning wondering how my body got so sore and then I remembered that I went climbing a few days ago. See for me the soreness doesnt appear until two days after and when it hits me, it hits me hard and with no rest. Let me just say that my shoulders and arms are probably in the worse shape and I just know that work is going to be a huge struggle. Not only do I have to open the store but I have to put back together the ice cream case and I am so not looking forward to it. My arms are going to be screaming by the time im done doing that and I just know that I am going to have to scoop ice cream and of course it will be super challenging with my hurt shoulders and arms.

Im hoping that by the time my shift is over that my body will be in ok enough shape that I can finish the day out strong and do my workouts. I need to keep going and keep working. These past few days have been quite the adventure and the food was not all that healthy so its time to burn off the carbs.

I know that the day will go by quickly depending on my mood so I am going to do my best to keep it positive. Hopefully it will stay that way throughout the entire day. Only one can hope and pray.

Aside from that though I can say that I am looking forward to another day at my part time job and I am looking forward to this week. It will be another six day work week but that is totally ok since it means I am one step closer to New Zealand. Just gotta keep my head held high and keep marching forward.
