Sleep

I don't know how I I do it but, somehow I send up sleeping more then necessary. When j was in high school I did a lot of extra school work throughout the year. Because of that I hardly slept at all and I loved it at the time. When I got out of school I started sleeping at ridiculous hours because of my inability to go to sleep at a reasonable time. I really did a lot of sleepless nights in the past. Now I got back and forth with my sleeping g habits. I can't seem to get into the whole morning routine  it just takes a lot out of me to be out at the earliest hours.  It takes tjme, patience and persistence to keep me up a whole day if I am up before ten. Somewhere I'll nap and that nap will be bed time. I sleep Six or more hours at a time.

It also may be this mattress I got recently. About a year ago I got a queen sized mattress. We took the we bought and I took the guest bedroom mattress as my own. I am so in love with it. I can't begin to tell you how much I love it. I can sleep in it all night and day and not give a single damn about it. I love it more then a normal human should. I don't know how I hagent given up on life completely. That mattress is heavenly.

I don't know what my record for sleeping is but I can tell you that it's long and quite unbelievable.

But don't mess with people when there tired, especially when it could be there nap time and nobody will stand for nap time being interrupted. It's just not right.
