Im not usually a morning person. I dont find waking up at the earliest hours of the day is any fun and I certainly dont like waking up. It takes me forever to be able to function and I always feel like im walking in molassis or something. Recently though I have learned to at least tolerate mornings. I open on most days when I go to work and because of that ive gotten used to waking up at reasonable hours. The days when im off I sleep in a good portion of the day. It just helps me recover and be ready for anything.
I also find that because I am going to be a little earlier then normal these days that I am also having trouble sleeping. I toss and turn a lot more and I have trouble finding a comfy spot. I do my best and keep trying to find an ok position until I fall back asleep. Yet when I wake up im not completely satisfied. I do what I can to stay awake, do what I gotta do and make it through the day.
I honestly dont know how any body gets up at five A.M to do anything. Let alone stay up all day and not be exhausted. For me it takes so much coffee to get my brain to think about getting out the door. I especially commend you mothers out there that do this day in and day out and still manage to do things for themselves. Its crazy that people can do so much in such a crammed amount of time especially with racales who beg for your attention every minute of the day.
For me I think mornings are ok when I go to bed super early and after a good hard days of work. Wearing myself out makes things easier for me to sleep easier and get up the next day.
Maybe someday ill be a morning person, it just isnt right now.
