In five days I will be seeing Icon For Hire in concert...again. I think this is my fourth time actually seeing them play live. Two of those experiences (including this one) are VIP so it’s kind of exciting to see them again. Icon For Hire takes their VIP very seriously and it’s such a wonderful thing to see and it really makes me happy. For their VIP experience you have to act fast because they only allow up to 20 people at most to get VIP. Once you have the VIP tickets, wait the time it takes for the concert and then get to the venue it takes all but a few minutes to realize how serious they take their VIP Fans. 

The first time I experienced VIP I was actually very nervous because I had my camera with me and I thought they were going to search me and then send me back to my car. My car, by the way, was a ten minute walk back and I knew that if they sent me back that I would miss this experience. For some odd reason they didn’t search and just let it go. Once I got inside I got to meet the band, take pictures and from there they had us shout out which songs we wanted them to play. From there they made a set list as they signed our posters. 

This year I have the whole set up. I’m going to have the camera, the gopro (even though I am sure I won’t get anything in the dark), and lots of SD cards. Last time I underestimated how many photos I was gonna take so I didn’t pack more items. I can see it all happening now and I am so pumped. I wonder which songs Ariel will sing and I wonder what photos I can capture this year. I have more experience and they will know who I am this time. I am so ready to go to this concert and for a few hours just sing and dance to a band that I cherish.
