Torn Up

I’m not sure if it’s because of stress or if he is mostly an asshat but this morning I walked out of my room and into the front room. This is a place that acts a little like a storage area as well as a display area for my pieces. I have mostly canvas pieces but I do have three or four pieces that are made on poster board. On the floor of the front room is midnight, lying on top of one of my pieces which is completely shredded. This isn’t the first time he has done it, it’s the second time. So because of this upsetting moment I took all my poster board pieces down and put them in my closet where Midnight can't reach them. I sincerely hope that keeps him from destroying more of my artwork.

Its super frustrating to have this happen to a piece that I really loved and a piece that I had high hopes for but I think it just gave me a push to remake it on a canvas instead. So that is what I am going to do. I’m pretty upset by this and I really think that it struck a chord with me to have it happen not only once but, twice.

I will be remaking the piece, it will go up for sale and it will be on a canvas. With all that in mind I do hope you guys will be patient with me. I am trying real hard to keep it going and keep bringing more and more pieces to the table. While you guys are waiting please check out the other stuff I have up and ready to go.
